How do credits work?+
Every generation costs credits, and the cost is shown on the Generate button before you spend anything. Price depends on the model, resolution, duration and whether audio is on.
Do unused credits roll over?+
No. Plan credits are refreshed each billing month and unused credits expire at the end of it.
What if a generation fails?+
If it fails for a technical reason — a timeout or a provider outage — your credits are returned automatically. Completed generations and prompts blocked by the model provider are not refunded.
Which models are on each plan?+
Basic includes every standard video and image model. Pro and above add the premium models, such as Veo 3.1, Seedance 2.0 and 2.5, Kling 3.0 Pro and Nano Banana Pro.
Can I change or cancel my plan?+
Yes, any time. Plan changes take effect from your next billing period. Credits you already have stay usable until they expire.
Can I use what I create commercially?+
Yes, on every paid plan. Free accounts are for personal use and carry a watermark.
