Trust & Safety
Creating responsibly
AI makes it easy to create almost anything. These are the rules that keep Framera safe for the people who use it and the people who appear in what gets made.
Our rules
Never use the service to make or share:
- sexual content involving minors, or anything that sexualises minors;
- sexual or intimate content of a real, identifiable person;
- content that shows a real person without their consent in a way that could mislead or harm;
- harassment, threats, or content that incites violence or hatred;
- realistic graphic violence, or content promoting terrorism or self-harm;
- fraud, impersonation, or fabricated news presented as real;
- content that infringes someone else's rights, or is otherwise illegal.
The full wording is in our Terms of Service.
Real people
We don't offer face swapping, deepfake or voice cloning tools.
When a real person appears in something you make — including a character you save as an element — make sure you have their permission, and never depict them sexually or in a way that could mislead people or harm them.
Protecting children
Content that sexualises minors is never allowed. Prompts are screened for it before anything runs. Accounts that attempt it are closed, and we report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities.
How we enforce the rules
- Automated screening checks prompts before any credits are charged or any model runs.
- Model providers apply their own safety systems and can refuse requests.
- Community posts reported by several people are hidden until they are reviewed.
- Breaking the rules can lead to content being removed and accounts being suspended or closed.
Using AI content honestly
Say that your content is AI-generated whenever it could be mistaken for real footage or photos — especially of real people or events. Check the rules of the platforms where you publish, too.
Your data and security
Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, payments are handled by Paddle so we never see card details, and we don't use your content to train AI models. The Privacy Policy has the details.
Report a problem
Use Report on any community post. For anything else — content elsewhere on the service, a security issue, a copyright complaint or a legal request — send a message through our Contact page and describe what you found.
Read the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy or contact us.
